​This cooperation event between YPO, EO Berlin & EO Hamburg is a two-day immersion focused on personal growth, development, and, most importantly, discovering one’s purpose. It aims to help participants explore the question, "To what end do we grow?" and inspire them to take concrete steps towards living a life of greater meaning.

​The event centers on understanding individual purpose and how it influences the legacy one will leave behind, whether that be a family estate, a thriving business, or something more altruistic. The event's purpose is to guide participants through personal reflection, insights from behavioral psychology, and discussions with peers and experts to help them identify and commit to their life’s purpose. It encourages reflection on how their values can translate into a meaningful legacy, driving personal fulfilment and societal contribution.

​The Programme starts with inspiration from Prince Max von Liechtenstein about his and his clients view on Legacy as well as Dr. Eckart von Hirschhausen sharing a very personal insight into him finding his calling and much more.
