Kick off your EO Oktoberfest experience with an evening of great food, international connections, and plenty of laughs at the iconic Paulaner am Nockherberg.
Join EO Members from around the world for a relaxed 3-course dinner in the famous Salvatorkeller, meet fellow entrepreneurs, exchange experiences, and get into the Munich and Oktoberfest spirit together.
A special highlight of the evening will be a live performance by Munich-based Irish comedian Mel Kelly, bringing an extra dose of international humor to the night.

4:30 PM | Free Time & Transfer to Oktoberfest
The daytime program ends at 4:30 PM. From there, please make your own way to the Oktoberfest grounds at Theresienwiese. There is no organized transportation.
⏱️ IMPORTANT: Please allow approximately 1 HOUR to get from Hofbräukeller to your tent by public transportation.
Depending on your tent allocation, you’ll have a different amount of free time:

We will meet directly at the tent at 5:40 PM, so we recommend heading to the Wiesn shortly after the daytime program ends.
Kuffler's Weinzelt Group
You’ll have some extra leisure time after the daytime program. Please make sure to be at the tent by 8:10 PM.

Our Meeting Point at Wiesn
Meeting Point ⭐
We will meet at the Schützenlisl Volssängerestzelt Entrance at 5:40 PM and for Kufflers Weinzelt at 8:10 PM
The Schützenlisl is located on the Oide Wiesn, which requires an additional entrance and security check. Please allow enough time to get to the tent.
The tents are marked in black on the map to help you find them.
➡️ Important: Transfer to and from Oktoberfest is organized individually and at your own responsibility. There will be no group shuttle or organized transportation.
If you plan to use public transportation throughout the day, consider buying the single-person 24-hour ticket for €10.10.
The ticket is valid until 6 am the following day!

Public Transport is the most convenient way to get to the Wiesn. Be prepared for large crowds, especially in the evening. Arrive early to secure a spot.
